We are in Phase 1b. Once this phase is completed, the new addition will be finished but will be "bare bones".
All mechanical for 1000 seats will be installed and we will have an occupancy permit but the space will not be completely ministry ready.
We are raising funds currently for Phase 1c. Phase 1c is a $2.75 million dollar phase that will allow for the new addition to be fully furnished. This will have the new addition completely ready for full ministry operation.
We are now starting to draw on our construction loan of $5 million. We are currently taking pledges for 2024 to help us off set the cost of the loan on a monthly basis. Our goal is to receive $30,000 in pledges per month to offset the cost of the loan.
The current budget is $20 million for the overall project. We have it strategically broken down into phases to allow us to build the project as the funds come in and not be tied to a larger construction loan than we would feel comfortable with.
